“I use the Well Pharmacy in Elliot Street, Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland next to my Nethertown Surgery. I have found the pharmacy staff more helpful than the surgery itself. I put this down to the pharmacist named Colin, don't know his surname. What I have noticed is how friendly and helpful everyone is since this lovely chap Colin has been there. I have had a couple of occasions where I asked for his help and advice and was very impressed. I know staff change from time to time, but I would hate to see Colin move on elsewhere as it is the first time in a long time that someone has impressed me on such a professional but friendly manner. Please take stock of my comments, it is not often that I take the time to say anything, but I do where it truly merits it. Thank you”

“I had never heard of this pharmacy before but when my normal chemist wouldn’t order the district nurses’ prescription as there was a word missing, they used this service.I spoke to Mukaram and he made sure all my dressings were delivered before anyone else’s prescription. “Went to see Danny for a bit of a repair/top up. Top bloke, friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. Got on with him straight away. I found Manchester Brandwood on Instagram and the work looked class. I was booked in somewhere else but cancelled. No messin! Got booked in and within a week of chatting I was straight into Manchester for my treatment. Danny knows his stuff and is very very precise. He sorted my previous SMP right out and made it look more natural. Well impressed and when the time comes I'll be going back to him.”

“My kids started here in 2017 and my last left 2023. Overall I found this place fantastic!! Helpful team and management. Friendly, warm and invested staff. Yes there was bumps on the way, but nothing major and always addressed straight off by management. Overall approachable. It was like home from home for my kids. They loved it. Great activities, great food, good structure and encouragement. Building confidence along the way. I couldn't have worked without them and my kids were happy there. That's a huge burden lifted leaving your little ones to go to work. That they are safe and happy. Thank you KPHB!! It's been great. Xx”

“This is one place where you can come alive, the breath of fresh air while watching the sports activities. I love the inclusivity. They have a team for physically challenged teenagers and kids. They come with their carers or families, and it is an amazing sports center to get on a sports team. And yes! Pets are allowed in. There are no seats here, but u can always come with one.”
