“Had to try this after a recommendation and I wasn't disappointed. The lad on the front was cheerful and made me feel welcome. so I chose the mix of chicken and lamb shawarma in a fresh fluffy tasty samoon bread with salad and it was perfect. And only a fiver as well Then chose the halloumi tray with chips and salad including hummus, pickled cabbage and other healthy fresh veg tables . The halloumi is the best I have ever had no joke. Absolutely fabulous food and great value would highly recommend and will be back.”

“Went tonight with a party of 6, absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Unbelievable Italian drinks selection. Sat down inside when everyone arrived, the owner made room for my father in-law in his wheel chair. (Which isn't easy everywhere!) Food was amazing, everyone loved it, I had the lasagne which was Unbelievable. Honestly couldn't recommend any more. We can't wait to go back. I have the Uber Eats app and their service is always fast and the food is always in perfect condition - if cookie dough, it’s still lovely and warm, and if ice cream it’s always still cold and in tact. The food is so tasty it’s always a joy ordering from The Dessert Cafe. Even going into the cafe itself, the owner is very friendly and the service in itself is wonderful. Will be a loyal customer of this place for a long long time.”

“Wow wow wow. So for £6.50 I had the bonds burger and curly fries. The ingredients, the fusion of flavours and portion size are amazing. It's a real gem in the indoor market of Manchester arndale. It's not on the food side, so go look on the other side near the middle where there is a small seating area. The lady behind the counter is so lovely and easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable about the food they are serving and is happy to walk you through the menu to help you make a selection. More importantly, one thing that will set them apart from other foodie stalls is they offer a loyalty card. It's expensive resturant quality but for drop bottom bargin price. A must visit”

“A rare gem of a B&B! Firstly, driving into Hayfield offers some fantastic views of the Peak District. Millie's is conveniently located right in the centre with plenty of parking outside and around that is free. We never struggled to find a space. Rukiya is very welcoming and kept in touch leading up to our visit and on the day of with lots of useful information and to keep in communication with us. She was there to greet us at the door and showed us to our room - Twenty Trees. The room was lovingly decorated with a cute view of the trail leading to Kinder Scout over the top of some roofs. Millie's is ideally located for many things. There is Sett Valley Trail conveniently located a stones throw away as well as the Kinder Scout trail. We also travelled 20mins and visited Castleton for the Speedwell Cavern (really cool) and Mam Tor hike. Lyme Park is not far either and there's also Buxton and Bakewell. Rukiya is by far my favourite ever host at a B&B - I have stayed at a fair few! She really loves what she does and that passion shines through. Her breakfast dishes were all freshly made and so delicious as well as the coffee and sweet treats. The sausages were divine. We also bought some chocolates to take home and try. Thank you Rukiya for your outstanding service. We're now planning to return soon for afternoon tea with family so we can try all of her delicious bakes too! This has to be booked in advance though so bare that in mind. She's constantly booked up for the B&B so I advise you book early to avoid disappointment and direct for the best prices. The tea room is only open on the weekends. During the weekday, Rukiya has breakfast service for B&B guests only. She can also make sandwiches for packed lunch for hikes with prior notice. Can't wait to visit again and also congratulations on being the only halal B&B in the whole of the Peak District. Millie's is welcoming to everyone. The outdoors is for everyone to enjoy and I'm so glad I have finally visited after waiting 3 whole years!”

Every time the pizza has been excellent, we have tried different ones each time and have been impressed with all of them so far! Ingredients are fresh and they are authentic type pizzas. We most recently tried a white base on, they are very rich but as we were sharing it went perfectly with the other one we had. Quick delivery and very fresh, thanks!”
