My hair was washed with great care and then while having it trimmed I was offered a warm beverage which was greatly appreciated after being soaked from the rain outside. I brought my bmw 3 series in with a really bad power/misfire issue after calling up the afternoon before, they diagnosed and fixed it within 3 hours, they was so honest about what the issue was and the price was so much cheaper than what I thought I’ll be paying. I came here based on the good reviews on their honesty, and it’s hard to trust any sort of car mechanics/garage. I was over the moon my car was fixed so fast and so cheap. I have been looked after by Monika and all my appointments are with her. She is very nice and professional. She explained everything in detail. She made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The barber was understanding, and without an appointment spent close to 45 minutes on me and managed to salvage my cut. “The shop - Walked in. It was clean and trendy looking. They had a games machine you could play on whilst waiting. Seating area was very comfortable. The Barber - Sami was my barber. Very friendly. Decent guy. Conversation was good and he knew his stuff. The Cut - I wanted a bald head and the beard tidying up. Sami sorted that out. Made sure my head was smooth and tidied up the beard nicely. “I had looked and rang around many groomers before booking in with smartbreeders, the lady I spoke to was very helpful and everything was covered on the call! I ended up taking her on a Saturday which was better for me but they aren't usually open weekends just that a girl had to make up a day! I’ve had my rescue zeena for 2 months now and had her groomed at pets at home first off but it was not a great experience, it was rushed, she was unfinished and I will not be returning again! The girl at smartbreeders was extremely helpful and profession, asked about zeena and what I want for her! I was worried as the previous groom said she screamed and didn’t like anything with the noise and had just had to do the best she could! Smartbreeders had her for around 3 hours so I went off to do some errand! They done exactly what I had asked for and she came out happy and looking beautiful! The girl even text me to tell me how she was and that she was doing great and to pick up whenever! I highly recommend them! Although it is across manchester 30 mins away and only weekdays I will definitely be using them going forward and will work around it! I will recommend to everyone! See for yourself!!”
