“I left booking our cocker spaniel in for a full groom prior to going on holiday extra late but Chloe couldn’t have been anymore helpful and managed to squeeze us in at very short notice. Not to mention our doggo was in desperate need of a really good cut and tidy up. Chloe and Blake listened to everything I’d asked of them and I genuinely couldn’t have been happier with how handsome Milo looked when I collected him a couple of hours later.. and he smelt amazing too!! “So pleased with our puppy’s first groom. She is a yorkiepoo and her face fur around her nose was getting long! I tried several times to attempt to trim it but she was having none of it! I messaged Georgia to enquire and received lots of information of what her grooms involve….so we booked her in! Georgia said Willow was a very good girl and she came home looking and smelling beautiful- puppy trimmed all over (inc face!), ears cleaned which was also tricky for us to clean as she had stains following an infection and again, wouldn’t let us near her ears to clean them and much more. He is quite a nervous dog at times .but Carol took time and care to reassure us and Dylan . “Very relaxing atmosphere from the moment I walked in and didn't feel any sense of hard selling as with some others. Very reasonably priced for some of the works of art that I saw go past me in that place. I went in to get pets nails clipped and waited there. The service was fast and efficient and the dog groomer was very friendly and easy to chat with which was a bonus. Groomer seemed both knowledgeable in the care of animals conditions which might require more delicate handling, as with mine--clearly very experienced. The shop comprises of a dog grooming salon, offering wash and dry, cutting deshedding and nail clipping from recollection. The other side has a good range on offer, from bedding and toys to food stuffs. Thank you once again!”
