The barber was understanding, and without an appointment spent close to 45 minutes on me and managed to salvage my cut. Knew exactly what he was doing, was friendly and patient and extremely good at his trade. He saved me a lot of stress and if I was in the area again I wouldn't hesitate to go here to get a cut. “The shop - Walked in. It was clean and trendy looking. They had a games machine you could play on whilst waiting. Seating area was very comfortable. The Barber - Sami was my barber. Very friendly. Decent guy. Conversation was good and he knew his stuff. The Cut - I wanted a bald head and the beard tidying up. Sami sorted that out. Made sure my head was smooth and tidied up the beard nicely. He really put a lot of attention into the beard and when I asked him to change a bit of it, he was more than happy to help. The Price - For what I had I thought the price was awesome to be honest. The rest of the price list was actually pretty good. Overall experience and would you recommend - All the guys were friendly, but Sami made my first experience of 'In the Cut' a decent one. I will be back, and I strongly recommend this place to anyone that wants a decent cut by a team of guys who know their stuff in a trendy environment with a set of high-quality equipment and something that's not going to break the bank balance. We got our little Dachshund just as we entered the first lockdown, so there was inevitable anxiety around a lack of socialising, but DC has ensured our pup is so confident and happy around other dogs. The staff are so attentive and update me with honest feedback whenever I ask for it. The picture/video updates during the day of all the dogs having fun, regular themed parties throughout the year and goody bags are all examples of extra touches which makes this such a great day-care. “Absolutely fantastic service. We called to Stockport overnight and had an issue with our vehicle which AW Autos went out of their way to get us back in the road to travel safely back to Swansea. Can’t recommend this garage enough, not only did they help us out on the same day, they were very reasonable with the price. It’s a shame he’s not local to us (Swansea) or he’s become our regular garage. Very Highly Recommended.”

“Took our youngest. He’s incredibly shy and was nervous but Ray was amazing!! Wonderful cut, brilliant warm welcome and atmosphere. Highly recommended. Have booked again for eldest son. A week later.... I brought in our autistic son, J tonight for his first barber haircut. He absolutely LOVED it. From the moment we arrived, the music was turned down without asking (most places don't even ask, and when you do, businesses can be a bit off about the request.) Tyler was so understanding about J's needs, he even pointed out to me how he would not like a total restyle as it may be too much change. Such care was taken to make sure that J felt ok during his experience and wow he looked so smart! On leaving J said to me "I feel great and I don't have to worry about going to a barber's every again, especially that one!" High praise indeed! Many thanks to Tyler and the whole team.”
