“Not used for a while, but went in for a nosey. Quiet a selection of beds even though it's a small shop, i picked what I wanted a double ottoman, a nice matching headboard. They had a really nice double mattress and then had an even better one, which had a slight mark reduced, bought that. delivered on time, put the bed together, etc, and took our old one away (for a price, which was decent). Would thoroughly recommend Happy Days.”

“Fantastic Customer Service in this store today! I was served by Diariou! She was polite, knowledgeable and professional, no hard sell; I am going back in the morning to order the sofa. It is so important to get good customer service in stores, restaurants, beauty salons etc, the product is important but for me good service sells me every time. For the record the sofa is gorgeous! “All I've been reading are a lot of bad comments and a fair few good ones. Yes delivery wasn't between 3-5 working days as stated because when you purchase something they have to do a background check then need your ID to prove your age. But once that's completed and you give them what they need then it will get sorted and delivered straight away. And for the messages, sometimes a day or two to respond but they don't have 8 arms. I'm happy with my purchase and will defo be buying again. Thank you :)”

“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. Her name was Amanda and i think she deserves alot of credit. Thank you so much Amanda. There should be more workers like Amanda!”

“We were so excited for our wedding flowers in the lead up to the wedding and they did not disappoint! All communication with Hollie running up to the day was a breeze, even when MOB and MOG couldn't decide what colours they wanted their corsages to be! Nothing was a problem. I've also never seen such an array of flower species all in one bundle before! Hollie also managed to source tulips, in August! (Dutch background, so this was incredible), which we never expected to be possible. Hollie was with us bright and early on the day, gave clear instructions, and set up the venue perfectly. The flowers were so beautiful, we can't thank her enough! We hope to return to Hollie again one day. Huge thank you Jan & Kate Harmens”

“I had the best time at the Christmas wreath workshop run by Hannah at Whitworth Locke! The atmosphere was so warm and welcoming, and Hannah made the whole process easy to follow. The selection of greenery and decorations was fantastic, and with Hannah’s guidance, I managed to create a wreath that I’m genuinely proud of—it’s gorgeous and already hanging on my door! It was such a fun, festive activity and a great way to get into the Christmas spirit. Highly recommend this workshop to anyone looking for a creative and joyful experience this season!”
