It was a really good experience. The place is like a dream come true. When you enter, you will think you have entered a castle. We never thought we would have this opportunity to work with such a wonderful playroom. Their food is amazing, and they put in full effort to make all the guests feel welcome and comfortable. Great equipment, great facilities and staff that look after you. The acts love it there and therefore they make the effort to put on their best shows for the crowd. “It’s been quite a while since I have last visited, and the quality of absolutely everything has not dipped in the slightest. The place is always clean and clear, with a comfortable atmosphere and welcoming owners serving fresh food and kind, sincere service. I highly recommend visiting for breakfast or lunch whenever you are available - you will enjoy the experience. But you may have to schedule your visit if you plan on afternoon tea - it can be busy for good reason!”

“Excellent gem in culcheth village. We had lunch with all dishes being fantastic and the buffalo chicken one of the best if not the best I’ve ever had. Superb for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or just evening drinks and a place to celebrate! Really attentive and friendly service staff who the owners are lucky to employ.”

“Met a friend for dinner after work (no reservations) and we had the early diner set meal. Mixed starters, salt & pepper prawns and sweet & sour chicken for mains with egg fried rice and pineapple fritters with icecream to finish. Everything was delicious! Menu highlights were the chicken and the seaweed starter. I had an espresso with my pudding too and it was the nicest coffee I’ve had in ages.”

“Went for a family 50th birthday, pre booked online which was very easy to do. Tables ready as we arrived, staff attentive, very friendly and looked after us all really well. Food is lovely, catered for all ages and requirements. Staff even presented me with a birthday card and a beautiful dessert trio . Highly recommend.”

We had the pleasure of Ellie waiting on us, she was so attentive, friendly and chatty and a credit to the team who work there. Highly recommend”

“The food is SO good. I can’t recommend the truffle and mushroom sauce enough. The fries are perfectly crispy and the steak is so juicy, I’d only like it a touch rarer when I request it as so.”

“My family visited to celebrate both my mother’s and daughter’s birthdays yesterday. We chose the early evening menu and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. What really stood out to us was the fantastic service from our waiter Thomas. He was patient, accommodating and attentive. His colleague Kelsey was also friendly and warm. I don’t usually write reviews but the staff here are fantastic. Small touches like bringing colouring pencils for my daughter and sincere interactions with us made the place feel very welcoming. The food itself was excellent but the staff set a standard that many other restaurants could learn from. We will definitely return!”
