“Local couple following their dream. It’s a cafe but I haven’t visited during the day. As a bar they have Neck Oil and Cruzcampo on draught. Wine and spirits available. Gets busy and buzzy Friday and Saturday. Would be great if they do snacks eg meat platters, cheese, olives etc in summer. I wish you every success.”

“I had an excellent experience with this Chinese takeout restaurant. The food was freshly prepared, flavorful, and arrived hot and on time. Their menu offers a great variety of dishes, and the portions were generous. The staff was courteous and efficient, making the entire ordering process smooth and pleasant. “Visited for dinner, we both wanted the pie and chips, no pies left., We then chose fish and chips and they had to check if they had fish. We were about to leave, but they had two left. The food arrived and we were pleased either the good, fish was excellent, large, chunky fish and good batter. The pub was a bit smelly, tables very sticky. Toilets really clean and tidy. Not too busy on a Monday afternoon. The pub is next to the golf course, with a great view. The pub could be so much nicer and it would increase footfall from golfers too.”

“Genuine honest and caring people. I live in castleford west Yorkshire and ordered flowers from them by mistake as there's a barkers local to me. They showed care by getting in touch to see if there was a problem with collecting and i explained my error so they gave me a refund which I wasn't really entitled to. The next time I'm ever in the area I'm going to buy some flowers from them and thank them so much for the understanding they showed.”

Was pleased to find Melissa Timperly Salon where every stylist is trained and well versed in cutting and styling curly hair. Shauna took her time with me to understand my hair inspiration and what I was trying to achieve. Was kind and understanding that appointments elsewhere had left me with less than desirable outcomes. Was mindful to check in with me throughout appointment to ensure I was leaving with results I wanted. Very pleased with my hair color and the cut. Will definitely be back for Shauna again! Each member of staff was friendly and welcoming, building is secure, entire salon was bright and clean.”
