“Popped in for a drink before my local club Rushall played Away to Curzon Ashton. Really chilled and relaxed vibe, as well as a fantastic array of music and cool knick knacks adorning the whole shop / bar. Although there is nothing on draught, the owner will happily decant any drink of choice into a cool cold glass. Went for a couple of the German Pilseners including the Jever which went down a treat. Only disappointment was that I didn't have more time to try a few more flavours. Will hopefully make a return in future seasons but well recommended and can imagine it is rightly busy in evenings.”

Lovely atmosphere, great people, lovely parlor; they also remove tattoos. But all in all, a fantastic place to get a tattoo. Four or five people are available by appointment only; I don't think they do walk-ins.”

“Tucked away in Ashton Under Lyne Indoor Market there is a great FILIPINO FUSION Restraunt. Run by a Mum and Son team dishing up some authentic filipino dishes. We ordered Beef Tapsilog £12 for the dish and a coke to share total was £25 The beef was excellent cooked to perfection included the staple rice , salad and fried egg, TARPS is open 6 days a week 11am to 4.30 pm Monday to Saturday. Would highly recommend plus you have a indoor market to wonder around after. Mike & Bing Cheshire”

“I went here today for an appointment with Hope after getting in touch through Facebook, she answered me within half an hour and I got booked in 2 days later .Having explained what the problem was Hope clearly explained what treatment I could have and put me at ease .I haven't been to a hairdressers for over 4 years due to a bad experience. My hair was dull ,thick very brittle and had no style at all however after just over an hour and half I have left feeling like a new woman, my hair is level , styled and feels great .My family said I looked amazing which has given me a boost in confidence. I have now booked to have the 6 months treatment with Hope again and will keep going to her in the future .I cannot recommend her enough.”

“We have only ever had the take aways when we want to treat ourselves. We have lived in Saddleworth almost 8 years now and we have really struggled to find a decent Indian restaurant, it has always been hit and miss. There was never any consistency, sometimes good, sometimes bad…HOWEVER I think this is by far our favourite place! We keep going back! The poppadoms are always amazing, every single time, not full of oil and greasy tasting, their Lime Pickle is gorgeous and the food is delicious. The lamb chops are a favourite and you can tell there is no cheat, they have been properly marinating in the delicious spices. The tandoori spices must be a family secret, to die for. Most definitely recommend if you want a genuine taste of India. And it is a plus there is minimal plastic waste:)”

Also, the dessert carrot halwa with ice cream. The staff were friendly, and the dining area as well as the deli area was very impressive. I would come to visit again soon.”
