“Went in today, was struggling to find anything was very overwhelmed, until a tall young lad think his name was Charlie came over and asked if I needed any assistance, he was so polite and lovely and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was easy and really helped to calm me down. it is really nice to see that there is still employees who genuinely care about customer service. Hopefully asda see this and give him a pay rise.”

“Went to see hygienist,first time seeing Lorriane and Christina for my clean today They both made me feel at ease, Lorriane explained everything she was going to do, explained what's happening to my gums and teeth and gave great advice on how to help keep my teeth as long as possible. Even when I admitted to not doing my teeth cleaning as well as I should she never made me feel bad just encouraged me to improve best I could. No pictures but I am waiting on a travel case for all my different inerdental brushes to do wherever I am :-)”
