“I have been with this practice most of my life and the staff are really great. I have never had a bad experience with anyone. In the past its been hard getting through on the phone but since Patchs was introduced I use that for most things. If i've really struggled or had any emergency i have been sorted so quickly. “I took my son to Middleton Pharmacy last night and the two members of staff were really friendly. The chap looking at my son was really helpful, took his time to ask lots of questions and gave lots of helpful advice. My son is 5 years old and was a little tired and impatient but the chap was so patient with him and it was a trip well worth making. Glad that I won’t need to waste an hour on the phone at 8am on Monday morning trying to get a GP appointment. Looking at the previous reviews, we didn’t experience any of the negativity others have experienced.”
