Our guardian angel drove a bulb out to us immediately and fitted it and also dealt with the police to prove that it was working and able/willing to give give professional advice. We were able to leave the stop/check with our car and contents, ready to start another day! Amazing, 5 star +++ customer service, cannot recommend enough! Best in the world right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“We travelled nearly an hour from home to get to the store near Towcester. We were happy to travel to go somewhere with knowledge and expertise, and the opportunity to see a range of car seats. We had a bit of a niche situation as we have a reverse facing toddler in the middle seat (and still need access to them), while wanting to buy car seats for 15 month old twins who would sit on either side. The staff were amazing and knew exactly what would (and what wouldn’t) work for us. They took a seat outside to try in our car to test access to the middle seat. They were so helpful and had seats in stock so we were able to drive away with 2 BeSafe Beyonds, one of which they fitted for us (we chose to do the other one ourselves later). Cannot praise highly enough.”

“Sunday lunch for 9 adults in the restaurant. Arrived 1:15 restaurant not open until 1:30 so went into the public bar downstairs for a drink then at 1:30 went to the restaurant, had asked for a table in front of the window when booking and got exactly what we asked for. It was nice and warm in the room, the two course lunch was delicious. At the table was a £5 drinks voucher per person and a plastic disk which entitled you to a free £5 bet person person. Also you were able to place a bet on each race without leaving your table. An extremely enjoyable afternoons experience that I would recommend”
