He asked her some questions and within five minutes he had prescribed and dispensed some antibiotic cream. I expected to either buy something over the counter or he directed to the doctor. He was cheerful, friendly and efficient.”

“Had a wonderful experience with store manager Linda today when walking in around 5-10 minutes before closing time. I had an order to collect and no staff were available in the click&collect area due to close-down duties. On the way out I noticed a member of staff (Linda) and asked if there's any chance to still retrieve my order, she was incredibly warm and explained the staff absence due to the closing down of the store and assisted me despite the time (which had hit 6pm by that point!). Leaving today's pleasant experience aside, the store is always very well stocked and clean, I've always received great service and have been very satisfied. Would wholeheartedly recommend.”
