“Had breakfast at Bill’s and it was fantastic! I had the shakshuka, honestly the best I’ve ever had. Really warming, perfectly spiced, and so full of flavour. The flatbread on the side was amazing too. My husband ordered a side of hash browns, and the portion was huge! Lovely people serving us as well, such a friendly atmosphere and a great start to our day. Highly recommend!”

“Access is from the staircase at the back by the waterside. Freshly renovated with a rather pinky look inside. Tastefully done though. You can reserve a table online if you wish.. Plenty of friday evening entertainment with live singers. A large spacious area with lots of seating. A dance floor too. Outdoor seating for warmer nights with nice views. Its not just for youngsters, there seems to be a mixed age range inside which is nice to see. VERY nice cocktails. Service was quick. Do choose carefully on the food menu, I'd say they were more warm snacks than actual large plated meals.”

“Ordered food from Georgia’s Fish and Chip Bar tonight. Food was spot on as always portions spot on not too big or small just perfect. We had it delivered the delivery gentleman was polite and food arrived still piping hot.”

“Great pub. Lovely staff, great drinks and food and their quiz and band nights are a lot of fun. Lovely staff the atmosphere in there. We all have favourites, and my favourite staff member is Summer. Always professional, courteous and fun to talk to.”

“I have visited here with different people over the last couple of weeks. The first time, my friend and I ordered the Super grain salad. It doesn't say anywhere in the ingredients there's anything hot or spicy in it, but neither of us could eat it! We asked if they could check with the chef and he said there's a coating on the grains that isn't mentioned. They apologized and changed our meals for another one with no fuss.”

“To be completely honest. We found this gem of a pub by pure accident and I am so glad we did. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The food is reasonably priced and also very good quality. I had the fish and chips and the burger and they were both very good sized portions. I will definitely be returning to this pub. The interior was very well maintained. If It was possible to give six stars, i would.”

“My 8 year old daughter wanted to come here after previously having a coconut drink from a pop up stand. She went for the tropical drink,the gentleman was very helpful, as soon as she tried this drink she said "Wow! I give this a 10/10,best drink ever" she was very impressed and can't wait to come back. The service by Callum, Amanda and another young lady was spot on, nothing was too much trouble. All in all, great venue, delicious food and great service, I’m proud to call you my local!!”

For just £10 per person, I wasn't expecting much, but the night exceeded all expectations. ​The Highlights ​The Food: The price included a full 3-course meal. The portions were generous, and the quality was surprisingly good considering the ticket price. ​The Entertainment: After dinner, there was a disco that kept the energy high all night. The music selection was great and perfect for seeing in the New Year. ​Value: Brilliant. In an era where many venues charge triple digits for New Year's Eve, getting a meal and a full night of entertainment for £10 is unheard of. ​Final Verdict ​If you’re looking for a night that offers a fantastic atmosphere without the "holiday markup," this is it. Brilliant value for money and a great way to start the year!”

“Basic room, but clean and sufficient to lay your head. Linda and staff made us feel like locals! Very welcoming and super customer service, room wasn’t ready so she gave us a discount voluntarily!which was so lovely , busy pub full of well behaved young people having fun…… but by midnight not a sound . “We eat here quite often because it fits our family budget. Tonight, Sunday 17th August, we met at 6pm and both food and service were extra special. The service from Eleanor was brilliant and it was a pleasure to watch her serving everyone very efficiently and with a cheerful smile. We didn’t get the chef’s name but thanked him personally as everyone’s food was really well prepared. Thank you.”
