“Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb. I came back to PDM today (Monday) to ask for a refund (which was embarrassing). They were very friendly and professional about it. I will definitely be using their services in the future.”

“Amazing service and reasonable prices The AA dropped my car there on Sunday night in hope they could fit a new drive belt for me. I called as soon as they opened on Monday. Took my details and pointed out I had a flat tyre too. Before I knew it Monday afternoon I picked my car up with belt being done and the tyre repaired. Superb service. Great customer service. “Just had my Zafira B in for a A/C Re-Gas in the hopes it would work as it hasn't done since owning the Vehicle (3 Years) Chap called me in and explained part of my A/C was in poor condition and didn't want to carry on without my consent, I thought that was very professional as apposed to charging me and waving goodbye. I agreed I was happy with him concluding the Re-Gas and was told it will last's as long as it last's, Can't say fairer than that, So a big thankyou to the young man that did the work. Side note, The A/C is working very nicely thanks :-)”
