“I took my car in for an MoT on Friday afternoon. I had previously visited the Halfords store nearby to buy a brake light and have it fitted. The young man who attempted to fit the new brake light blue said he couldn't do it as his screwdriver was the wrong size. He said when I went for the MoT the I just needed to tell the service centre what had happened, they would fit the bulb and the car wouldn't fail. I explained this to Ian and Dionne when I arrived for the MoT. They explained this was not the case but Ian ran outside and fitted the brake light bulb for me just before the MoT. So grateful to both of you. They were friendly and polite and made the experience so positive. Thank you both very much for your help. Will definitely be using you again.”

“For those of us in search of that rare commodity - an honest mechanic - Bryan is the diamond in a tiara of cubic zirconia, the rose in a sea of bindweed, and the beluga caviar on a plate of peanut butter sandwiches. He is both quick and accurate to diagnose your problem, such is his wealth of knowledge and experience, and does everything he can to complete the job as economically as possible. In my experience the job has ended up costing me less than I had budgeted for, which is nice, but not the most important factor. Number one on my list for most important factors is the ability not only to explain to me, in ways I can understand, the nature of the problem, why it IS a problem, and if I look a bit befuddled (to be fair, my face reflects a permanent air of confusion), he will take the time to demonstrate. If it is a mechanical issue, I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. In fact, even if it's not entirely mechanical, I'm really cheeky and pop down for advice and Bryan points me in the right direction if someone specialising in my problem. It doesn't mean he can't do the job himself, just that he knows that to do so would take far longer without the specialist equipment, and ergo would not be cost effective for you, and that would go against his ethos of doing a good job for a fair price. Enough said. There isn't enough praise that can bestowed on Bryan as far as I'm concerned, and if you don't believe me, try and find a review that awards him less than five stars. I can save you time - you won't!”

“Just had my Zafira B in for a A/C Re-Gas in the hopes it would work as it hasn't done since owning the Vehicle (3 Years) Chap called me in and explained part of my A/C was in poor condition and didn't want to carry on without my consent, I thought that was very professional as apposed to charging me and waving goodbye. I agreed I was happy with him concluding the Re-Gas and was told it will last's as long as it last's, Can't say fairer than that, So a big thankyou to the young man that did the work. Side note, The A/C is working very nicely thanks :-)”
