“Brilliant service from our Waitress Ella who was very polite and helpful. Granddaughters love their spag bol and burger. They got a complimentary foccia bread starter and doughball Nutella pudding that they liked. I wasn’t taken by the Carbonara fries although my burger was fine. It was a bit noisy at times plus the fire alarm went off twice.”

“The company I work for had a celebration this week and decided to buy the workers a pizza lunch. I contacted Pizza time in Kettering and after talking to Mishel, who was very helpful, I ordered a total of 44 Pizza`s to be delivered to my work. I needed the deliveries to arrive at 2 separate times (mid day and 5pm) to cover workers on different shifts. Both deliveries arrived on time, with the food piping hot. Despite the size of the order (10 different varieties across 44 pizza`s) there were no mistakes. Everyone commented that the pizza was delicious and most workers came back for second and even third helpings. I would definitely use this company again. They were friendly, efficient, helpful and best of all, the food was great.”

“Me and my partner purchased 1 pair of shoes and 1 pair of boots recently, both pairs were seconds. We were shown why the shoes were seconds and there were no pushy sales tactics, which is rare nowadays! We were allowed to shop in our own time, but there was someone there to help if needed. We visited the shop on a Saturday afternoon. The tall, young Asian gentleman (I am so sorry that I forgot his name) was very helpful and polite. He really knew his stuff when it came to sizes and styles etc. We were so grateful of his help. We both usually struggle to find shoes that fit due to having wide feet- no issues at all with Cheaneys! The shop has recently been refurbished and looks good. The photos on the wall of the staff who actually make the shoes was a very nice touch. I think we forget just how skilled they must be.”

I strongly recommend this restaurant for its great food and welcoming people. Truly a hidden gem. Along with the food, you must try the Turkish tea/coffee and the desserts, you will not regret it. “Such a lovely stay in this hotel cannot fault it at all. Room was perfect we had booked a standard double and it seemed so much more than that, unsure if we were upgraded but seemed very spacious for a standard. Free standing bath was amazing, had double sinks and a spacious shower too. The spa was lovely it was peaceful and relaxing, staff were very welcoming and polite, had 2 coffees in there which were lovely. Made use of all spa facilities which were in good condition, not overcrowded at all which was nice. Provided robes, slippers and towels in the locker you are given. The hotel was clean and looked so lovely, we had breakfast in the morning which is great value for what you can get, I made good use of the hot drinks machine. Overall amazing hotel, friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Thank you.”
