“Used Kitchen magician to fully replace my kitchen except for white goods, oven and hob (However, oven and hob was still installed by the team at The Kitchen Magician). From the initial outlay in approaching The Kitchen Magician to the end I very much had a positive experience. Mike excelled himself in providing a professional service allowing me to explain my original concept idea which slowly progressed to the design I later agreed with (which turned out to be completely different and happily so). Based on budget limitations, certain subjects were not shied away from and it was explained where budget could be saved and where it was advised to put additional budget towards within the kitchen design to improve the overall aesthetic and longevity of its overall use. There were small delays along the way, however with each delay I was informed ahead of schedule and was of no consequence. In terms of the team The Kitchen Magician employ, they are fantastic in their work and it is evident with the quality of finish that they take exceptional care and pride in each of their profession. Overall, an amazing company and a happy customer. Will look to use The Kitchen Magician in the future.”

I simply handed Simon the key and he looked after everything from kitchen design, electrics, plumbing, decorating and even accepting deliveries. He was always on hand to talk things through and always was willing to do extra little jobs that I kept adding to the list with a smile on his face. “Great work completed to a very high standard, would recommend! I had a horrific pipe leak last night that flooded all rooms downstairs. I contacted Chris this afternoon to help me get it sorted. Chris asked me for photos so he could bring the right equipment and also gave me a quote. He was then able to get over to my house within 30mins. He fixed the leak and restored the water pressure, heaters and the boiler all within 20 mins. The work was completed to a amazing standard. He's great at what he does and super friendly, I will most definitely keep his number for the future!”

You get very good and professional advice as to what can work in your space and options in how to achieve your objectives. My objectives were to maximise storage and make it look open and grand and not did I get that on an epic scale! The service was everything from idea, conception, design, products, delivery, installation and after sales tweaks, including all floor tiling matched to worktops. The product choice is very wide and there is something for everyone. Definitely recommended if you want luxury and quality at an affordable and reasonable price. “The service is amazing. We are getting some work done in the garden and our landscaper gave us a scribbled list of products to buy. Chris in branch was very patient and went through the list line by line, explaining when needed and making recommendations. I thought that would be the end of the great service, but the delivery driver Mark was amazing. One of our neighbors is lovely (to us), but anyone parking outside or doing deliveries is in for a hard time. I should have warned next door that I was having a delivery, but I will be honest I couldn’t face it, sorry. As soon as the first pallet was in the air he was out supervising the delivery, but Mark took it all in his stride. There was a lot to off load and not much space, but it so neat and tidy not impacting our neighbors, how Mark didn’t even roll his eyes I don’t know he actually deserves a medal, thank you”

“Looked up Bedford TP to order some decking boards; opened up a trade account online within minutes then noticed the earliest delivery date was just over a week away. Called up and Amber agreed to deliver it 2 days later. In the additional notes section of the order I put “please no twisted split or bent boards” I ordered 15% more as historically you have to with decking. The boards that arrived were literally impeccable not a single one I couldn’t use. No need to order extra next time!! These guys are top drawer. Very very accommodating and their decking boards are the best I have used!!!”
