“From walking into the WREN Northampton store on New Years day, to finally having the kitchen of my dreams five months later has been nothing but a positive experience. It took a while only because I made multiple visits to review my design and make changes before I finalised the order in April, yet each time I visited I was made to feel like their only and most valued customer. Oskar was brilliant, eternally patient, and helped turn a fairly blunt plan into a masterpiece. I was kept well informed by text and email of order progress and delivery dates, and genuinely feel I have had a bespoke planning service for a high street price. Oskar is an asset to the Northampton branch team, but without exception, everyone we have spoken with in the store has been friendly, polite and persistently helpful. I cannot recommend the store (and Oskar particularly) enough for a fantastic experience, which made the significant financial commitment that a kitchen purchase is truly feel like money well spent. 5 stars!”

“Did a fantastic job, did not expect me to do anything or help to lift or move everything. They just came and did the job. They also paid attention to detail and did not rush. They made sure to do the stairs properly, so it does not stick up or start to lift. So they made sure to do this with care and take extra time. Which I’m greatful for. In terms of picking the carpet I wanted. Shop owner was very patience and explained to me exactly what would work long time for me. I felt confident in asking questions and spending money. As he is straight to the point and honest.”

Toby was very accommodating with the issues I’ve had with plasterers. To top it off, Shaun and Jake have done an outstanding job fitting the quartz. I would highly recommended.”

“Our shower head broke which was still under warranty and fitted by another local company who refused to help without charging us an obscene amount just to come and have a look. We went to this beautiful showroom and chatted to the friendly and helpful staff all of whom went out of their way to help us. Ten minutes later had been sold a replacement shower head and the chap came and fitted that same afternoon. Outstanding service. These are now our go to for replacement of our bathrooms. Totally dumbfounded, this young lad jumped to my rescue, when he could hear me asking a random, reluctant stranger, for use of his. “Yet another great store in the Swansgate centre. A massive selection of stock from household goods, food, pet stuff, kitchenware, furnishings and toiletries. 31-5-23. Went into Wilkos this afternoon just before closing. They had 3 staff working, no self service checkout but even though the lady at the counter was very busy, she still had a smile for each customer she served. Great deals on certain products atm so go and peruse the stock.”

“The Alliance Heat team Glenn and Ant removed and disposed of my old CH boiler and re-sited and fitted a new one. A very professional and neat job, all done in a day. They came on time and were clean and tidy operators. Excellent company, would most definitely recommend.”
