Been there many times n every time get new experience for their service. It has huge parking area. I like that Indian lady on help desk. Even in this age she is so active. There’s a patrol station just next to it. A pharmacy is inside this Sainsbury’s as well as Argos. Much cleans s tidy store. Even not far from my house”

I made a mistake and the manager Debbie sorted the issue with the help of New Look HO. I felt compelled to leave this review as whilst shopping across the last few days, I have heard many staff in retail get treated poorly. The service I received today was truly great and I for one am grateful that we still have retail choices in our town centres. Staff were lovely and when we realised we'd struggle to get it home (and it being an emergency) - they went WAY out of their way and delivered it for us within hours of buying it! That's unheard of service these days, we'd be waiting days if we'd purchased online. They are head and shoulders above any other domestic goods retailer out there.
