“As a wheelchair I found Rai's Superstore a positive experience. Tha aisles were wide enough to get around and the staff membere was very helpful in.helping to get me get in.and out. Though if they had a bigger online presence, and did deliveries as well as click and collect... this would be very useful to the town's population and increase customers for Farmfoods too (best of both worlds).”

“Just wanted to share the great service I received yesterday from Phoenix Pharmacy. I called to see if my prescription was ready and unfortunately one item was out of the stock. The lady promised to call their sister pharmacy when they were back from lunch and call me back which she did. I then went to collect my item after work and another lady there offered to see if any other local pharmacies had the missing item. She found two locally and gave me their details. They really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the whole prescription as I was getting quite worried about it. Thankyou to both ladies, and also the rest of the staff who are always so helpful”

“The Co-op have done a great job throughout the pandemic, sorting out the whole social distancing thing well and only allowing two people in at any time. They've kept very well stocked most times and the staff have been helpful and cheery, as usual. Knowing the Co-op is there in the village and can be relied on has been brilliant at this difficult time.”
