“Nice place, easy to manoeuvre around. Always parking spaces outside as it's on a retail park. A toilet upstairs, and a lift is available for customer use. A small cafe upstairs too selling hot and cold food. Busiest times seem to be Saturdays... Many tills so service always seems to be fast..”

“Yet another great store in the Swansgate centre. A massive selection of stock from household goods, food, pet stuff, kitchenware, furnishings and toiletries. 31-5-23. Went into Wilkos this afternoon just before closing. They had 3 staff working, no self service checkout but even though the lady at the counter was very busy, she still had a smile for each customer she served. Great deals on certain products atm so go and peruse the stock.”

“This is a nice neat supermarket with its own car park at the front. There is a good selection here despite not being very big. I've found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. I haven't been served by grumpy ladies as others have mentioned but I find that people respond well to a friendly greeting and not so well to a grumpy customer.”

“I did write a quite poor review about a member of staff a few weeks ago ( i unfortunately did not get her name just her attitude )!! SO I now have to write a new one for the complete opposite reason. I was fortunate enough to get a very pleasant young lady Janharna ( I think ) directing customers to self checkout or for any returns etc to go to a member of staff on the tills. I had several requests which were all handled easily & with good knowledge from Janharna. Firstly I had items to return, I had new items to purchase & also asked if they did a short leg in some trousers I had taken to the checkout with me. I was kindly instructed to return & purchase my items at a manned checkout & then Janharna said she would help me to look on line through the app to check if the trousers were available in a short leg. Whilst I was at the tills several other customers were directed by Janharna. Very efficient knowledgeable friendly & able member of staff you have there, you need to make sure you keep her!! Satisfied customer.”

“I have been going to Heidi’s since it opened. After a long work trip away I decided I wanted to treat myself to a new top for the upcoming weekend away however I wasn’t in the right frame of mind to look! Gave Heidi a brief of what I wanted. 8 tops pulled of the racks within minutes, some taking me out my norm! Two tops purchased. Friendly service isn’t the right description for service at Heidi’s as I feel like it’s more than that; that Heidi and Julie are friends that know me well, know what I like while at the same time encouraging to try something different. Why spend ages walking around Lakes for new clothes when everything can be done in the comfort of Heidi’s.”
