“Our TV display stopped working but the back-light was on. Tried our best to make it work but couldn't do it. Contacted NWD and he clearly explained the pricing and procedure. Paid the £30 deposit and few hours later I was informed the TV is fixed and to pay the remaining £80. Went and inspected the TV and collected. Simple and easy process. Very professionally handled. He even gave a 3 months warranty or partial refund. Overall splendid experience, would definitely recommend trying this route rather than throwing your TV away.”

“I had a cooker problem right before Christmas. Trying to get help at this late hour was nearly impossible. Untill I rang WE FIX OVENS. Luke re arranged his schedule and managed to get the problem sorted thus leaving us to have a proper Christmas. Not only that, but the bill was I believe exceptionally reasonable. In this day and age it is nearly impossible to get good old fashioned customer service, but Luke showed that it isnt dead just yet. If you want a good honest service by a pleasant guy who knows his stuff and wont scare you with his prices then Luke is the man to call.”
