“Can’t thank this guy enough for all his help today. Having travelled for hours from Cornwall and left stranded in Northampton and needing to get home to Cheshire I called a few mobile mechanics in the area this guy being one of them who was happy to help me. Although I had to wait a few hours this was only because he had to get the parts he needed to complete the job. I was very nervous having read these awful reviews that he’s been left from one unhappy customer duplicating their complaint. (Can’t always please everyone). His communication with me was amazing and he turned up and did exactly what i needed him to do and as he promised he would do. Also to mention he was reasonably priced and very friendly. Thank you thank you thank you for giving me a great service allowing me to return home.”

Again on arrival absolutely fantastic response. Job done within two hours at a great price I,'d have paid 3 times as much. Will always use you as first option for my ebike repair and servicing. They always seem to want to be able to assist and are trustworthy mechanics. Had to use another garage for 2023's MOT, due to lack of planning on my part and Thompson not having availability. Big mistake! Wouldn't take my car anywhere else now. They do get booked up fast, but feel that is a sign of a good garage.”

Everything was explained clearly as to why and the cost was given. Another phone call later in the day to say that it was all done and ready to collect. Brian answered and I couldn't of been happier, he went above and beyond to get me in as soon as possible even though he had a lot of pre booked work.
