“I had 5 sessions with Fred for upper back pain when training and right from the first session I noticed improvements with the mobility work and drills he gave me talking me through them all clearly so I understood the purpose of them. The sessions felt incredibly productive with him listening to where any pain was and right away knowing movements to add into my warmups to fix it and with each 30 minute session I felt so much more confident going into my upper body days and now being able to train pain free.”

By the end of the first visit I was relieved enough to be able to sleep with the aid of mild pain medication. Within 3 visits I was pain free and able to sleep through with no medication. All costs were discussed up front so there were no nasty surprises and a treatment plan agreed. All in all the service from Kerry has been exceptional. Kerry is very empathic and understanding of your needs and concerns. I can heartily recommend this practice. Yes its an investment but it could be the best money you spend.”

“I normally attend the Woodford branch. I have never had a bad experience or d elay with this practice. I have quite a lot of med condition's so freq. visitor. Reception nurses and doctors caring, polite, and professional. The nhs is underfunded staff underpaid. If you supported last cons govt you supported 15 years of real income under funding. Doctors having real pay cuts and believe it or not some gp’s are out of work because of lack of practice funding. If you want lower taxes and worse health emigrate to USA. Stop winging and support the nhs.”

“Cant fault this surgery, I've been with them many years and always had a lot of support, even as a teenager when my health anxiety was at sky high due to an undiagnosed condition, i was always treated with kindness and respect and signposted to the most suitable clinician, all this help finally meant i got an answer to my years of symptoms, which even though it means many years to come of these symptoms, the diagnosis has put my anxiety completely to rest knowing there's a reason for my symptoms, so thank you. The nurses and GP's are fantastic. But a special thank you to the lovely admin and reception team, i see many reviews stating they have spoken to someone or people in the team that are rude and i really really cant believe this. They go above and beyond, i work at a gp surgery myself out of wellingborough which means getting a face to face appointment is very difficult for me, they always manage to get me a telephone appointment to help with this issue, rarely will i have to call back and try again for an appointment, but if i do, i do, the public needs to understand the admin/reception team aren't withholding appointments, the NHS is under a lot of strain, and with this, appointments are limited, meaning once they are gone, they are gone, please understand this before you base your review solely on appointment availability, it isnt the surgerys fault, and certainly isnt the admin teams fault, treat them with kindness and respect and they will do all they can to help you. They are human. Anyway.. 5/5 stars from me, don't let any bad reviews dampen your spirits, you cant please everyone.”
