Today, we contacted them at 5.40 p.m. and the receptionist was super helpful, left an urgent message for us as we were still seen, even though they close at 6p.m. and we are so grateful to be able to avoid 111/ A&E. We have also experienced great service when calling at either 8 or 11 for an appointment for our little one, they always manage to fit us in. The receptionists and medical staff are always very friendly. Excellent service received, especially in stressful situations when our little boy is unwell, and we're super grateful. Thank you so much!”
