Tim listened to our ideas and took note of our needs and plans for this room. He discussed layouts in detail and helped us to arrive at a beautiful and practical design. This was a comprehensive and thorough process which gave us confidence. Softley offered access to a huge showroom where we could browse and identify units and appliances which best suited our purposes and importantly our budget. Fitting was arranged separately with Stephen Love - Rushden Plumbing Services, and took three weeks… a little longer than originally anticipated. All went smoothly. We found the price to be very competitive, we are very pleased with the finished product. The quality is excellent. The lay out is practical, Another time I would possibly upgrade some of the appliances and fittings. Thank you Tim/Softley for an excellent service.”
