“Me and my wife went for meal wednesday 10.12.2025 at 10.30 pm. It was very nice welcoming ,great and tasty food . Portion was good ,reasonable price .we will defently come back again soon. Good location we are from milton keynes ,stony startford. Thanks to waveed for serving us .”

“I enjoyed a great breakfast and americano. The carrot cake which I took on my walk was amazing, baked by the owners wife I am told, and both the owner and the young looking (private joke) young Scottish lady were very nice and polite. I will definitely come back.”

“What a great experience. A night out with the lads was not a disappointment. From the traditional Turkish food to the array of drinks on offer. Music throughout and an unexpected, but entertaining belly dance show. There was also lots of happy birthday vibes with the staff playing a Turkish drum and getting everyone involved in the celebrations. Do not miss out!”

“This is a lovely little cafe which is extremely reasonable with a large menu. It's a great choice of food and everytime I've been the food has been really nice and well cooked. They do prefer cash but will happily take card payments too. Always a treat to visit the Pumphouse.”

“Wanted to try a new coffee shop after our swim in Flitwick and heard very good things about Surfin Cafe. It did not disappoint! Lovely setting, coffee, food. Amazing music too! Sipping my drink to realise I was listening to Pink Floyd and The Smiths, topped off an already excellent experience. Personally greeted by the owner or maybe manager, not too sure but a thick Scottish accent was a nice touch. I would thoroughly recommend!”

“Fantastic food served with a smile from a lovely family owned restaurant. It's a dying breed so should be really applauded for continuing to offer such fantastic food. Tried a few different dishes across a number of visits and it's always been fantastic, always busy with takeaway and dining in custom and worth it every single time! “So I was passing through Rushden and wanted a full English breakfast. Well I am so glad I stumbled across this place. Robert and Kirstie run a wonderful cafe. They also do a fish Tuesday special. Great service, fantastic food and very fairly priced. Highly recommended. It is up Hamblin Court off the High Street. Give it a try!”

“What a lovely little village gem! It’s run by locals that live in the village, cute and old school cafe with homemade scones and coffee for only £3. Glad we walked into the village and 10-15 minute walk from canal”

“Ordered 2 waffles, a biscoff and a chocolate one. They delivered the waffles within half an hour and they were absolutely delicious! The ice cream was lush and both waffles were amazing. I'll definitely be ordering again :) (They threw in a freebie sweets aswell, thank you.)”

“Amazing food cooked perfectly! Food options are brilliant, pizzas, paninis, fresh smoothies and beautiful cakes! They even sell homemade bread! The staff are always friendly and happy to help in any way possible! There’s plenty of room to chill with friends, grab lunch or get some work done! Couldn’t recommend any more highly!”
