“Lovely one night stay to go to a wedding at Dodford Manor- so glad we chose here instead of a characterless hotel! Lovely host and lovely little dog made us feel very welcome. The location is stunning and the room was beautifully presented and clean. We had a delicious home cooked breakfast delivered to us in the morning- the fruit compote was especially yummy. “What a gem of a pub! So deceiving from the outside, looks like a small locals pub that opens up to a larger welcoming pub! Great range of beers, an open fire, pool table and live bands, what more can you ask for….. Oh did I mention that they have a food outlet visit and operate from the car park? That’s why we visited and so glad we did! Great pub well worth a visit and will be back again.”

“Cafe at the Country Park. Just the right thing after a walk. Good choice of drinks and menu for snacks reasonably priced. Lovely views. Staff very helpful. Outside seating at the moment. Lots of renovations to be seen from the cafe.”
