Along with his secretary - Michele Greenwood (whose kindness & efficiency I found immensely helpful) - Dr Gupta has been a model of professionalism at every point in the subsequent follow-ups. “Went on Tuesday to pick up our meds and to be told they had to order mine in. It will be ready for you after lunch tomorrow. My husband got there at 5pm the next day to be told oh they've just arrived I will pack them up for you now!! Plus 2 days running before hand I did try ringing several times to check our meds were in. They didn't answer there phone. Normally pretty good.”

I was provided with plugs and headphone style ear muffs, there was a comfy pillow. I opted for no music as I get a bit overwhelmed with noise so I used my imagination to think of nice things instead.
