I had a terrible experience with a car that was in for repairs and when the warranty provider only wanted the minimum done to get it back on the road, Rushden declined the job, sent me the information of needed repairs and helped me all along the process of getting the car removed. Though the vehicle was finally dealt with through legal procedures, the information and guidance in the early stages was so reassuring when no one else was there to help. I would highly recommend them to anyone but especially those who are uncertain about what there vehicle really needs.”

I went back after the patch test a few days later and had foils/toner; my main concern had been roots needing to be re-bleached/hair damage. The hairdresser spent over three hours recolouring my hair and it is amazing, the best colour treatment I've ever had anywhere. Everyone has told me how good it looks and asked where I went! A little while back I made the mistake of trying a different garage — and let’s just say I quickly realised why I should’ve stuck with what I knew. I had issues elsewhere, but as soon as I came back here, everything was sorted properly and professionally. Most recently, I had some work done including a screen wash pump, a new tyre, and a full air conditioning service. Everything was clearly explained and fairly priced, and they only charged me for half an hour of labour — which is rare these days! The breakdown on the invoice was really clear, with no surprise charges or vague extras. It’s hard to find a garage you trust, but I’ve always found them honest, reliable, and efficient. Highly recommend!”
