Helen will not do any treatments just to make money, she will only carry out treatments if she feels that it will be an advantage to the client. Helen will turn down clients, when she feels that they are asking for enhancements that they will regret in the future. “Had a wonderful experience with store manager Linda today when walking in around 5-10 minutes before closing time. I had an order to collect and no staff were available in the click&collect area due to close-down duties. On the way out I noticed a member of staff (Linda) and asked if there's any chance to still retrieve my order, she was incredibly warm and explained the staff absence due to the closing down of the store and assisted me despite the time (which had hit 6pm by that point!).
