    “I did write a quite poor review about a member of staff a few weeks ago ( i unfortunately did not get her name just her attitude )!! SO I now have to write a new one for the complete opposite reason. I was fortunate enough to get a very pleasant young lady Janharna ( I think ) directing customers to self checkout or for any returns etc to go to a member of staff on the tills. I had several requests which were all handled easily & with good knowledge from Janharna. Firstly I had items to return, I had new items to purchase & also asked if they did a short leg in some trousers I had taken to the checkout with me. I was kindly instructed to return & purchase my items at a manned checkout & then Janharna said she would help me to look on line through the app to check if the trousers were available in a short leg. Whilst I was at the tills several other customers were directed by Janharna. Very efficient knowledgeable friendly & able member of staff you have there, you need to make sure you keep her!! Satisfied customer.”

    “Made a trip to spellframe after my first test session as an owner driver. I met Richard and he answered all questions with enthusiasm and his considerable experience. I thought I needed a larger seat but he insisted the one I had was ok and explained why and he'll probably be right he actually gave me a very second hand seat for free to try at whilton this Thursday! after thinking, and putting the seat in I think he'll be right!, with some addition padding. So I left with my bits and the only request was to use them again. Well i definitely will be i already have a growing list of other parts and with my kids possibly getting involved in the future I hope to provide them plenty of trade! you should too!”

    “Thankyou so much Tony, John and Jake - we are delighted with our new bathroom, you did an absolutely fantastic job!! If you want superb workmanship and quality bathroom and/or kitchen furniture at really competitive prices, then Westfield should be your one stop shop. John and Jake worked from 830 am until 630 pm every day to get our bathroom fully fitted in record time. John offered professional opinions on little things that we hadn't even thought of which really helped to improve the finish of our bathroom and returned a couple of days after the job was finished and paid for to complete a tiny snagging task. We felt like Westfield really valued us as customers and we definitely go straight back with any future bathroom or kitchen needs. I cannot recommend Westfield more highly. Do not bother going anywhere else!”

    “This is a nice neat supermarket with its own car park at the front. There is a good selection here despite not being very big. I've found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. I haven't been served by grumpy ladies as others have mentioned but I find that people respond well to a friendly greeting and not so well to a grumpy customer.”
