Special thanks to the guy that looked after us, wish I remembered his name but I remember he owns a BMW 2 series and has dark hair- made the whole process smooth without forcing any upsell or overwhelming us with questions and information was very knowledgeable which left us to easy decision when it came to the optional warranty.
