The most difficult part of the process was choosing which material to have for my replacement covers as there were so many options available. But the office staff were very helpful, arranging to have as many samples as I wanted delivered to me. Living near Norwich I was also able to look at samples in their premises which was useful. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful. No measuring was necessary as the company has the Multi York templates for my furniture which made things much easier. Once ordered, the covers and the bonus scatter cushions were ready within the timescales given. The quality of the work is very good. “I was away in Norwich for a week and my first Sunday disaster. Went to Fast Fit in Salhouse rd and Sandy solved the problem. Temporary repair Sunday to keep me safe and Monday fitted a new back box and tailpipe. The service I received was second to none. While in the waiting room I observed how these guys treat their customers. Total respect, empathy and they explain everything making sure the customer understands their situation. All businesses should operate this way.”

“Jason and Laura came back again last week to respray our kitchen again for us - last time it was done was 9 year ago. The kitchen has suffered a bit with small kids, ride on toys and general wear and tear. At the last minute, we chose to change the colour of our kitchen island - that was no problem for Jason, gladly. The entire job (cases and doors and drawers) are now beautifully resprayed. All the dings have been filled, smoothed and sprayed. Jason and Laura did the job quickly - all done within a week and we could use the kitchen all week except for the one day when the cases were sprayed actually in the kitchen. So, the entire job is done. There was no overspray (though we were decorating the rest anyway). When i asked advice on redoing the silicone sealant on the work surfaces, Jason kindly did the job for us and the finish on that job is great too! Fantastic job and the kitchen looks like new again!!”
