“Took my newborn here for a tongue tie assessment after we were struggling to feed him on bottle and breast. After a very careful examination and lots of soothing from the lovely staff, Jenny confirmed he had a tongue tie and talked us through the process of cutting the frenulum - possible risks and benefits and double checked if we wanted his frenulum cut. We were able to have his frenulum cut at the same appointment and I was given careful assistance and tips with latching him to the breast. I could see and feel an immediate difference and am so appreciative that we were able to have this done very quickly and with so much kindness and assistance.”

“Simon has looked after my business insurance for many years, he is always honest and professional yet always makes the process as simple as possible, I regretfully moved my insurance away from Simon a few years ago following pressure from my accountant to use there preferred provider (no doubt the accountant was getting a backhander) whilst there was a small saving, when it came to making a claim for flood the other firm had failed to insure me correctly leaving me uncovered!
