I thought, I'd adjusted my standing order to reflect this... it currently shows £4.50 every 4 weeks. The fact that the amount ends with 50p would seem to backup my thinking, I'd done as asked and happily increased my payment? Come home today,another note (NOT addressed to my house) and NO contact number, so I can try and quickly resolve the issue. I've even tried a Google search... couldn't find any direct contact number, so I'm really sorry to have done this publicly, but it's the only way I can contact them. Really happy with service, but I would like to speak with someone, before I increase my standing order further...”
