βPurbrook Junior School was my first school many years ago, since the family lived nearby, in Park Farm Road. I have very fond memories of my schooling there in the halcyon days of the 50s, comic books in the hall on rainy lunchtimes, scraping knees playing soccer on the playing field. I've since visited the school on a holiday from Australia, to where we migrated, and the lovely school still brings back fond memories. Keep up the good work, fellow teachers.β
βWhen I whent to school here I enjoyed it a lotβ
βGreat staff, willing to accommodate for the child.β
βLittle one has just started her second year at Phoenix and it's been fantastic.. Great staff & lovely setting.β
βThe Staff here are beyond amazing. They are so good with the children, always doing different things to help them learn and grow. Canβt fault them at all. Great space too, lots of room for them to run about indoors and a lovely outdoor area too. My son loves it here so much and is always talking about the staff who have become a big part of his life.β
βSent both my children one girl one boy. Itβs set them up for life, understanding what is like to be outside, which is the most natural thing in existence. being able to enjoy the beauty of the woods, rain or shine on the southdowns. Key workers were amazing as were Management. Loved see my offspring return smelling of the woods and telling me stories of the Eventful day.β
βFrom the first visit, we knew our daughter would thrive here. A warm welcome and a room full of smiles - from the staff and the children! The staff have a wonderful bond with the children, our daughter shakes with excitement and screams when they open the gates in the morning. And we love hearing about all of the things she gets up to. There's a fantastic range of activities and they enjoy trips to the local park, library and retirement home. Our daughter always comes home with a big smile on her face. We viewed a few other pre-schools before this one, and they were all lovely. But, the moment we walked through the doors here, it just felt right. The children were so happy, the staff were so friendly and everything felt so natural. They didn't put on a show and nothing felt forced. We couldn't have felt more at home and I will highly recommend them to everyone that's looking for a placement for their 2 year old (and up).β

βI canβt thank Kids Love Nature Wickham enough for the amazing experience my boys have had. They absolutely loved attending and came home each day excited to share what they had learned and explored. The outdoor program sparked their curiosity and creativity in ways I hadnβt imagined. The staff are fantastic and communicate regularly with us, keeping us informed on our children's progress and activities. I always felt confident that my kids were in safe, caring hands. Itβs clear the team is genuinely invested in their personal growth and development, and Iβve seen my boys become more independent, confident, and passionate about nature. Iβm so grateful to Kids Love Nature Wickham for everything theyβve done. Theyβve truly made a positive impact on my childrenβs lives, and I couldnβt be more thankful.β
βThe best!!! Both my little boys have absolutely loved every second of this setting xxxβ
βI have always been desperate to do ballet even as a little girl, but sadly it wasn't possible for a number of reasons. After some life events, I decided I wanted to push myself and finally try out adult ballet. I was really nervous as I have no experience with dance whatsoever, and I was not an active person by any means - in fact, I actively disliked being active...! I started with one class a week, and although hard, I completely fell in love with it. The physical benefits are one thing, but I have found the positive benefits on my mental health are a astronomical. For a few hours a week, I spend time focusing on my body, how I'm holding myself, thinking of nothing but pushing through, and digging out every last piece of determination I have (and then some more!) to keep going. I now engage in multiple classes a week, and have set personal goals to reach within ballet to help give me that boost. I can say for someone who used to hide in cupboard when it was time for PE in school - I cannot believe the enjoyment, love and passion for what can be such a difficult hobby. If anyone is considering taking up ballet as an adult - whether you have no experience or some - I would absolutely encourage you to do so. This has been pretty game-changing for me, and I have loved every second. I look forward to many more years (hopefully!) of learning and developing and meeting all those goals I have set with the help of this school and all the lovely teachers within it! :-)β
βA beautiful school with stunning grounds, excellent teaching and a real sense of community. Children of all abilities are supported and challenged appropriately. Learning is fun at Great Ballard - Highly recommended!β

βThis nursery school is unique in every way. Miss Scarlett and the team are so so wonderful with the children, making time to support each and everyone to grow in their own way. They run new and exciting activities every day - we were especially fond of the Woodland Forest School. Definitely the best nursery in Hampshire.β
