The selection of starters is not only generous but also incredibly fresh and flavourful. Each bite felt like it was made with care. My personal favourite is the Chicken Mirchwali—a perfect choice if you enjoy bold, spicy flavours like I do. It’s packed with heat and depth, and absolutely hits the spot. I’ve also tried the Mixed Grill, which offers a great variety and showcases the kitchen’s skill with perfectly cooked meats. On top of that, the chefs are more than happy to adjust dishes to suit individual preferences, which is a rare and much-appreciated touch. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Indian cuisine with great flavour and flexibility. I’ll definitely be back!”

“Best Kebab in Wokingham! Food was delivered fast and hot. The portion sizes are huge; me and my partner ordered a mixed kebab each, with proper chip shop chips and chicken wings. The food was super tasty! We called to add on extra sauces and that wasn’t a problem at all. Would definitely recommend and we will defo be ordering again! Yum!!!”

“Amazing Italian restaurant!! Me and my daughter went there for a meal off chance. Even it was quite late the chef was happy to cook for us a meal that was not on a menu! Our meal was fresh and full of flavour! The staff were friendly and made us welcome from the moment we arrived! Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or just a delicious plate of pasta, this place delivers. I can’t wait to come back – it truly felt like a little slice of Italy!”

The food is always of a good standard (can vary depending on day of the week) and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The menu is very much standard but really enjoy the salt and chilli ribs and their satay sauce, much more authentic than your standard Chinese”

“First experience of Rizouk and what an experience it was. The service was impeccable and the food was delightful. So many flavours that satisfy the senses. This is the difference between Rizouk and many other restaurants offering similar menu, the preparation and the tastes were accute whereas many other establishments are quite bland. “We had the most incredible food! The dishes that we ordered were Beautiful and so full of Flavour! The Chef worked hard on his Menu and you can definitely tell, it is Fantastic! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the food that you are eating. “We’ve visited the Wokingham Pizza Express many times, but this was particularly good! We came with our two children and felt very well attended to! Steven was brilliant. Hospitable, kind and alert, without being overbearing. Pizza express is always reliable, but this was an especially good outing.”

“Great spot for Sunday lunch. Quite reasonable prices too for families considering that kids under 12 can eat for free. The roast beef was cooked nicely without being overdone and the Yorkshire pudding was suitably moist. There's outside seating when the weather is good and a small but serviceable wine list.”

“This is probably my favourite chinese takeaway, always very friendly and helpful. Meets dietary requirements such as gluten-free. Food tastes great and is always high quality. It feels like such a welcoming place, e.g. We once went there wanting fish and chips, but it said "no fish and chips, fryer is broken." We went in and said,"we were going to order fish and chips, but we see the fryer broke." She thought for a second and said, "No, you're regular, we make especially for you." This really made my day, and as a bonus, every time it's someone's birthday and we go, they give us fortune cookies for free!”

“This place serves just about the best fish and chips I have eaten anywhere, I can’t rate / recommend highly enough. The food is absolutely spot on and friendly, cheerful service too. Good value at £9.10 for small cod, chips and mushy peas which were generous portion sizes. The fish is cooked freshly to order and has a nice crunchy batter and perfectly cooked white fish inside. The chips from here are absolutely fantastic - cooked to perfection with a nice golden brown colour, crispy on the outside and soft potato inside. Whatever their cooking process is, double frying, and choice of potato they have it just right and consistently so. I can only assume that the people giving bad reviews are those who like their chips to be the soggy wet undercooked mess all stuck together and stuck to the paper that some other places seem to think it’s acceptable to serve - ignore them, this is fish and chips at its very best!”
