βWaterside is a great nursery. After my initial visit, I was very impressed by the offering and I adored the arts and crafts room. The site is safe and secure and they allow comforts which was a big bonus as that helped the adjustment after being home throughout covid. Our 3 year old has been at Waterside just over 9 months and really loves it. The team assisted greatly with potty training with was greatly appreciated as full time working parents. Our little one has recently been showing off her yoga moves at home, taught at preschool. The nursery app. Provides detailed information throughout the day including food, education and loo stops. The team are very approachable and show they care. We definitely recommend this nursery/preschool and it's a great location in Thames Valley Park.β
βSuch a wonderful nursery. They have help my daughter to grow and learn enormously since joining. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and the best part is my daughter absolutely loves it there βΊοΈβ
βCare feels so personal and a wonderful space for children to learn, play and grow. The fun environment includes pet fish, rabbits and goats. I'm impressed they noticed her interests from day one! They've improved her naps and she eats well. They're outdoors daily and activities are varied. Most importantly my baby loves it there!β
βI honestly canβt recommend this nursery enough, both my children have attended this day nursery. One starting at 6 months the other at 8 months old. Despite finding it hard to put my children in at such a young age the girls throughout the nursery have been fantastic. Making sure that there are daily updates from what they have eaten, when they have slept and what activities theyβve done in the day which is really lovely to see. My children have become extremely confident and thrive in their development. My 18 months old is able to count from 1-10 and recognise numbers! Although this isnβt the main focus and the girls at Northumberland provide excellent care to the children and you can see the wonderful bonds and relationships they develop with all the children.β
βA really amazing nursery and so glad we picked it. Our son Billy absolutely loves going and has thrived since starting there. He has some development delays and the staff have been really keen to learn how they can help him overcome them and you can tell they really care about the children that go there. They donβt use fancy apps to give you updates but at the end of each day the staff are always able to tell you how his day has been and what he has been up to. Really canβt recommend them highly enough!β
βMy daughter absolutely loves Michelle and the amazing care she receives from all staff. It really doesnβt feel like Iβm leaving her with a childminder, the care and absolute adoration that my daughter receives from Pickles and Poppets feels more like sheβs being left with friends and family. Starting a new job I was so nervous to be leaving my baby (9 months old at the time), but I can honestly say Iβve not had any worries or anxieties about leaving her. The app is amazing and Michelle updates it throughout the day, and thereβs not been one session where Iβve not been sent at least 3 pictures of my daughter having the best time. Iβm forever grateful she had space for my daughter because if she didnβt, I think Iβd be still looking.β
βIt is very good nursery. My daughter is there from 1 year and i could see a steep curve of development on eating and behavior. The staffs are so kind there and my daughter just loves being in the nursery.β
βOur daughter has been at Hazebrouck since she was one, and she absolutely loves it. The staff are so caring and attentive, creating a wonderful environment where sheβs truly happy. Communication is great, and thereβs always a fantastic mix of activities. Huge thank you to Fran, Rhianna, Tia, Kristina, Caroline, Kylie, Kate, Natalie, Louise, and Dawn for all the love and care you show her every day!β
βHave sent both my daughters to Grandir Kiddi Caru Hanham Hall over the last 3.5 years and the younger has just graduated before starting school in Sept. Couldn't speak more highly of the nursery, the staff, the care the atmosphere. Always felt at ease leaving my children in the nursery's care and its been great seeing their development. Really appreciate the experiences they have had there.β
βThe team here are fabulous. They looked after us exceptionally well with both our pregnancies. Yes sometimes there are delays; but thatβs always the case with any healthcare provider. Iβd personally ignore the negative posts - no one is ever made to wait outside. There is an indoor waiting area. Also the Red Kite centre donβt issue you a map thatβs the NHS in general - Iβd be questioning the intelligence of some of those who post these ridiculous reviews. Such entitlement itβs astonishingβ
βI read some poor reviews, I decided to visit the nursery anyway, I have visited many nurseries prior to this one. At Elms, I found the staff was caring and attentive to the children when visited. The children I saw, seemed calm and relaxed, at ease with the adults, socialising well and playing kindly. It seemed a quiet place, no shouting from anyone, some nurseries have more space but very many children too. I was looking for a Montessori method, accordingly they have wooden toys and give children the freedom to explore life through playing using their own initiative as well as having group activities. Today, it was my daughter's ever first day away from us at 2.4 years of age and she didn't cry, she was happy to go and stay this morning. My husband picked her up, she was sitting listening to a story, she was extremely happy and excited afterwards. She obviously had a great time. I like that children learn to eat more vegetables too while there. I felt I was dealt promptly and efficiently with regards to the administration, I was given plenty of information over the phone and by email and they have been very kind and accomodating with a query I had. In this place, I didn't feel like a "number". Based on my overall experience and observations, it seems like a good nurturing place for my daughter and she has shown to love spending time there, this is important to me. Hence, I rate Elms 5 stars.β
βLovely nursery, they have lots of different rooms inside and a lovely open space outside for the kids to play. All staff have been so attentive to my son from the beginning, especially if heβs having an off day or isnβt well. They do a great job at making sure heβs okay and keep me up to date and help relieve any worries. The staff know all the families which is lovely to see. Katie the manager is very involved which is also very reassuring. My son loves going and has developed so much since starting there, they do so many activities with the kids everyday. Thank you for everything that you do for our babies β€οΈ and the biggest thank you to everyone in the Nest!β
βI am absolutely thrilled to share my experience with Greyfriars Nursery, where my daughter has been attending since she was one year and four months old. My daughter is now three years and eight months old, and as she prepares to join school this coming September, I reflect on our wonderful journey with the nursery. As a mother, thereβs no greater joy than seeing your child happy and thriving in an environment they love. Greyfriars Nursery has provided exactly that for my daughter, and in turn, has given me immense happiness and peace of mind. I am extremely satisfied with the nursery for its exceptional communication and exemplary staff, in my view. Starting from the caregivers in the baby room to the staff managing meals and cleanliness, My daughter adores everyone. Each day, thereβs something exciting for the children to do. Remarkably, despite her young age when she started, my daughter has never once cried when Iβve left her there. Sheβs always incredibly happy when I come to pick her up. As we approach this new chapter of my daughter starting school, I wholeheartedly recommend Greyfriars Nursery to other parents. As a very satisfied mother, I can confidently say that your child will be in excellent hands here. The environment is nurturing, engaging, and just fantastic for young minds to grow and flourish.β
