“I went to The Offy in Downley to return a defective item to Amazon at their Hermes point. I had a problem getting the QR code to print. The man who runs the place, Jacky, was beyond helpful. He was a true gentleman and went out of his way to resolve the issue for me; successfully so. I think his calm, patient and kind demeanour, and his knowledge, are a credit. Thank you to him and to the wonderful The Offy, which is well stocked and very inviting.”
