“We had such a great day here! tons of exciting slides as well as a fun obstacle course. What really made it special was the paddle boarding! Right next to the water park where you can rent paddle boards. It was the perfect way to wind down after all the water park excitement. The water was calm, the scenery was peaceful, and it was such a fun activity for both beginners and more experienced paddlers. Only “downside” is if you don’t have a car it’s a 40 minute walk from the nearest bus stop but if you enjoy walking it should be no problem! It’s rare to find a place that combines both high-energy water park fun with something more relaxing like paddle boarding — we loved both and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families, couples, or groups of friends looking for a full day of water activities!”

“Be prepared if you are walking dogs. Poo bins are in the car park so, you will need to carry those bags for a while.”

“Visited with our 2 children (5 and 8) and did 1 night Eat, Sleep and Play which was excellent value. We had a great couple of days and the Pixie Pod was absolutely brilliant. The rides were perfect for the children’s ages. Husband and eldest child paid extra for Archery in the morning which they really enjoyed. The instructor was really friendly and would definitely recommend taking part in this if you can. Would have liked a little longer for check out as it was a bit of a rush to have breakfast, checkout and get to the archery for 9am but but we managed it. (Check out was 10 but would have crossed over with the archery so had to do it early) Would definitely return whilst the children are still young!”

“We’ve visited this place numerous times, both in the summer and for the Christmas Santa experience, and each time has been nothing short of amazing. The Christmas visit to Santa is a truly magical experience for our little boy—it’s something the whole family looks forward to and enjoys together. There’s always a sense of wonder and excitement that makes it feel special every year. Added touches like the meet and greets with the bears, the magicians, and the fun disco time make it even more memorable. It’s a place where Christmas magic really comes to life, and we always leave with smiles on our faces :)”

“Definitely better than the 4.3 average stars it currently has. It's a touch tired in the changing room area but my daughter and I loved our visit on the whole. Something for everyone and every age group, our 1.5 hour time slot flew by. The three main flumes were fast and thrilling without being terrifying. The diving board area was good fun. Normal main pool with lane swimming section. 4 lane waterslides to race down. Definitely be back and we live an hour away, so I think it's worth the drive over.”

“Visited here on the 2nd October to celebrate our toddlers birthday and the entire family was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The building is warm and welcoming; the seasonal display in the entrance cafe is adorable and the staff are polite and approachable. The family changing rooms are very convenient and kept to a good standard. When entering the pool, was pleased to know it was a good temperature and the entertaining features in the children’s pool were such a hit. The little one was smiling from ear to ear the entire time and we had a great family swim. To finish off a lovely day out, we had warm drinks (shout out to my amazing oat milk pumpkin spice latte) and food at the cafe. Lola stood out amongst the staff working this day; she was so polite and accommodating of our dietary needs- the little one has multiple food allergies and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and all carried out with a smile. “Amazing place to visit if you like walks or even just chilling, and even a quick paddle if its a warm day, kids had an amazing time and spent most the day in the water. Cafe has amazing food and it work out no more expensive than it you went to a fast food place, but it tastes far better....”

“Totally love it here, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I've got a two year old and this place is the perfect size, not so big I can't see him and not so small he's not entertained. Really like the Tuesday morning toddler morning deal is real value for money”
