As I had an injured ankle, I wasn’t able to collect the car straight away. I paid a holding deposit, and Ben kindly held the vehicle for me without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. He kept in touch, was always helpful, and even liaised with the finance company to ensure everything went through smoothly. When I collected the car, it was spotless and has been running perfectly since. I’ve only had it for a couple of days, but I’m already very pleased. Just drove in, requested 4 wheel alignment, said initially won't be able to do the back as bolts may snap, however once the car was up on the ramp and inspected they said they'd have a go at it. Mentioned I'm happy for just the front however they wanted to try and so I mentioned at you're own risk. They took the risk and managed to aligne all 4 wheels for an Xdrive. Can't fault the lads there, definitely will be going back to them even if it means having to travel bit further.”
