“Went to Claire’s in Mansfield today. My wife had some earrings and was served by Jess. We have been in this store on a few occasions and the staff are always very friendly and attentive. My wife wasn’t sure what earrings to buy and Jess was very patient and helpful, asking her questions to find out what she liked and helping her to find the right ones for her. What a refreshing change to be served by someone who obviously cares about giving good customer service.”
