“We recently ate here for a family reunion and the staff were incredibly kind to everyone but especially our son who uses a wheelchair and has profound disabilities. They called him Don Lucas (he was sat at the head of the table). They were so thoughtful in ensuring we were all looked after and we spent almost 4 hours enjoying the delicious food and atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and being disability inclusive. We will be returning for our next family get together.”

“Me and my partner came here to see what it was like since we both have interests in geeky/nerdy stuff. Honestly it's such a nice place to spend a few hours. We were welcomed without it being in your face and the staff are just really friendly and are more than willing to help you get started in anything you might have had some interest in, but been too intimidated to start. We had a coffee and played some of the stacks of games they have available for you to play, and then bought my first pack of Magic The Gathering cards! it was so fun and we'll definitely be coming back!”

“We booked Ace Party for our wedding at Peak Edge in August 2024. They were great to deal with and provided crazy golf, carnival games, high striker and a Photo Booth. These activities were fundamental to making the day such a success as our guests were never bored and massively added to the sense of fun. Very hard to imagine a better party equipment rental service is out there as having used them we would now not think of using anybody else.”

Lovely fish and chips all round, and lovely service too, friendly, welcoming, speedy, price competitive. Even though I personally don't have dietary needs, I'll order from here going forward in preference to others without the GF options because I appreciate the effort taken.”

One of the staff called Jess helped me get the rewards app which I didn't even know was a thing, so really happy. Good atmosphere - staff were all smiles. Food is always great at Urban but gotta tip my hat to the salad - cool and fresh just what we needed in 30 degree heat. My new go-to store. Highly recommend.”

“Exceptional service! I bought a new integrated washing machine. The guys in the shop gave me lots of advice and did not rush me into a decision. I had the machine installed within a few days. Unfortunately there was a problem (not their fault) and after trying twice to resolve the problem I was able to choose another machine.
