“Bought a new seat for my Triton, nobody's fault, but it wasn't the same as the original Unity Equipe part number of 9 years ago, suppliers do change. Spoke to John, who didn't actually own the company back then, absolutely no quibble, returned seat, full refund including my return postage...what great service...and what a nice chap...they are a very busy organisation so conversation should be brief, and the great service will continue.
