“I took an iPhone11 down to Smart Fix this morning as it wasn't picking up a network. After a few minutes of trying a couple of things (and with me pricing up new phones) it was fixed! Fantastic, knowledgeable service and to say the cost was reasonable is an understatement. I can recommend this shop 100%.”

“Easy 5*. The owner took my car in on NYE when he wasn’t even supposed to be working. He was upfront with what the cost should roughly be, which matched my expectations. Danny and Ian were the mechanics who took on the big job of fixing my car and were very honest with any problems with my car. They were willing for me to pop into the garage if I wanted to see what they were doing and were happy to explain to me what they were doing and why and what different parts are for. They sounded more relieved than me when they could finally give me good news and have even told me to pop in for check ups on my car if I want. “Highly recommend! I needed a taxi for urgent vet trip on Christmas eve of all days. Had to be specifically one with a ramp as dog can't jump in anymore. Driver was happy to fit me in at the time I needed and arrived at the time I required. The price was pretty reasonable considering what day it is. Also massive thank you to the driver who was patient when getting her in the car as sometimes she refuses. Also very greatful to the driver for waiting while we were in the vets. After 10 minutes the vet had still not seen us so driver agreed to wait. Another 10 mins and still had not been seen but he continued to wait and then once out of the appointment the receptionists were taking a while to sort the meds and the driver decided to wait just a little bit longer as he knew we would struggle to find a taxi that would take us after that. Thank you so much, really appreciate that you did this for us as you really didn't have as not all taxi companies would be happy to wait or some would probably charge just for waiting. Will definitely recommend to others if anyone needs a taxi company in future.”

“Great meet up place for people looking to get out of the home and do some work. Very friendly staff, food and drinks amazing. It was quite busy but not too loud you couldn’t do any work. I couldn’t connect to WiFi but I think the problem was picnic (problem in chair not in computer) and was just as easy to tether to phone. Will be backed - booked via the reef booking app.”

Whilst I was disappointed, this was outside their control. I was given options and decided to go with the new supplier suggested. The new furniture was price matched. Although I have to wait longer the service was great.”

“The staff at the Armthorpe branch are always extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They explain everything in a professional manner and check on you making sure you don't require further help. I used to go to the one in the town centre but they always seemed too busy to help. “Mark and his team did an excellent job on capping soffits and fascias and replacing guttering and downpipes on my house, and replacing a garage side door. They got the job done and even attempted to unblock one of my drains and oil parts on the garage door (they weren't working on) free of charge. No mess afterwards. Would definitely recommend.”
