What makes willow stand out from the rest is David’s and Scott’s personal approach to their clients. We had a slight hiccup but David dealt with the issue first hand and assured me. “Staff have always been very helpful and understanding. The few times I've spoken to the pharmacists they've always been willing to help and assist. A gentleman pharmacist in October-ish 2024 went above and beyond after I was sent there by my GP for an issue that shouldn't have been dealt with at the pharmacy. Service is always prompt, can't fault them.”
