“I was extremely satisfied and very impressed with the service I have received from Fairfax & Porter. I was looking for a new toilet and taps for our cloakroom. I particularly wanted Thomas Crapper toilet, and I found Fairfax & Porter to be one of their retailers. Jayne made the whole process extremely easy: she took care of my entire order, and sourced the taps I was struggling to find for the basin. I found her extremely professional, totally reliable and easy to communicate with. She has also arranged a plumber to complete the job and he was absolutely brilliant. “We have enjoyed using our bespoke wooden kitchen for 4 month now. Darryl was very friendly on our first visit to the showroom. He really emphasised that their team have the skills to make your design a reality. We can vouch by the end result of our kitchen, that they absolutely do. Chris, the master craftsman and Brent, the expert finisher did a fine job in making it. The balance of the kitchen looks great. We especially love our semi-integrated dishwasher that Chris worked into the kitchen with a wooden front. It looks absolutely awesome. The solid feel of the doors and worktop, coupled with the history and nature of the reclaimed wood is exactly what we wanted. You are getting extremely high quality substantial furniture. We had a few minor worries. However, Chris and Brent never shied away from working to find a solution, and always came up with one. They were genuine, friendly, and conscientious throughout. “Regularly buy bird food from here. Good prices for high quality (no waste) seed, nuts, meal worms, etc. Affordable prices for long-lasting quality products. I have many decorative plastic planters from here in the garden that have lasted years and years and still look brand new. Also holds a trove of DIY tools, fittings, random parts, and spares. Generally, if you want something random, they've got it in stock (somewhere!), or they've got an alternative that works just as well or better. Staff are friendly and helpful and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend over b&q, wickes, etc, for household DIY”
