“Excellent service from start to finish. Contacted Jane in the first instance, sent pictures with a description of the work we wanted doing and got an instant quote. After accepting the quote we were told the work could be done the following day. Luke, Sam and Matthew turned up promptly this morning. All very pleasant, took their shoes off outside and very friendly and professional. Unfortunately for the lads it was a bit more of a problem than expected but like true professionals they got in with the job and sorted it. Left the area clean and tidy when they had finished. I phoned R.S Heating as I’d used them before and was very happy with the work done and customer service. Again the work was complete to a high standard. The fitters were knowledgeable and gave good advice on where to place the pipe work. They also did some other plumbing jobs I needed doing at the same time. Then in 2013 I purchased insulation boards for the attic roof, plasterboards and plaster again, since I found great prices, good customer service and a prompt delivery. Now in 2018 I needed a copy of the 2013 invoice as a proof of insulation for the EPC assessment, since I had lost my 2013 invoice. Thanks to Mick, who retrieved the invoice and emailed promptly to me, I can prove the level of insulation in my attic is higher than the standard required.
